AlphaLift Steel piers are driven deep into bedrock or load-bearing strata — giving your home foundation real support! Concrete piers usually stick your home to the unstable clay soils that cause your problems in the first place. Most times, concrete piers simply can’t reach deep enough for their adjustments to last. 

Very simply, without reaching load-bearing strata, you’ll never repair your foundation problems for good.  AlphaLift’s steel pier system drives to the load-bearing strata or bedrock every time, even in rare areas that have over 30 feet of unstable soil under your foundation. Once our steel pier system is in place, there is no future maintenance. That’s it, you’re done. Your foundation is fixed for life & should have no future issues. 

5. Steel Pier Installation:

Phase 2 of the Foundation Repair Process – Steel brackets are installed under the grade beams of your concrete slab and utilized to hydraulically drive AlphaLift Steel Piers to the load-bearing strata or bedrock.

6. Restore Elevations:

Phase 3 of the Foundation Repair Process – After all recommended piers are installed, hydraulics are connected to all steel piers and utilized to recover elevations. After all elevations are recovered, the steel piers are locked in place so the home will never again experience problems.

7. Project Cleanup/Completion:

Phase 4 of the Foundation Repair Process – All excavations are refilled, all flatwork is replaced, and the job-site is completely cleaned. The home is now protected for life and the owner can rest assured knowing their foundation problems are permanently resolved!
